Commercial work means coordinating with general contractors, landlords, building managers, the city, and EPCOR. We handle that coordination. The crew shows up when we said we would and works around your tenants and hours when that's part of the deal.
We've worked in tight retail bays, multi-tenant offices, and ground-up commercial builds. Most jobs need a permit, an inspection, and a signed-off CEC compliance package, and we own that paperwork from the first call to the last walkthrough. If your job involves 3-phase service, service entrance work, or anything that touches the utility, we coordinate with EPCOR directly.
We've done TIs against hard opening dates, service entrance swaps that had to happen overnight to avoid disrupting business, and dozens of restaurant kitchens with new equipment that needed dedicated circuits. We don't quote a commercial fit-out without seeing the plans and the space. We don't push you toward higher-grade fixtures than the job needs. And we don't sub the work out to a crew you haven't met. The same guys who walk the job with you are the ones doing it.

Full TI fit-outs against a hard opening date. We coordinate with the GC, landlord, and building manager so you don't have to chase access windows.
200A, 400A, or higher. Includes coordination with EPCOR for shutdown windows. After-hours where it makes sense to keep the business running.
Transformers, distribution panels, motor circuits, dedicated 3-phase equipment runs. Common for kitchens, machine shops, and HVAC.
Continuous track runs, accent and display lighting, dimmers and zone controls. Layout consulting included before we drill.
Workstation circuits, dedicated conference room lines, low-voltage rough-in for data and AV. Coordinated with the IT cabling crew.
Hood circuits, dedicated equipment lines, dishwasher and oven feeds, walk-in cooler power. Health-board friendly.
Cat6/6A, fiber pathways, AV cabling, intercom and access control. Done during framing so finish-up is clean.
Code-compliant emergency lighting, battery backup units, exit signage. Required for occupancy in most commercial spaces.
Commercial fleet, staff, or customer charging stations. Load-share and energy management built in. Permitted and inspected.
