Commercial buildings have different demands than houses: bigger loads, tighter timelines, more inspectors involved. We do tenant fit-outs, retail builds, office wiring, restaurant service entrances, and the kind of after-hours emergency work that has to be fixed before Monday morning.

Lighting Installation

Lighting is the difference between a room you live in and a room you walk through. We do pot lights, statement chandeliers, exteriors, dimmers and smart controls, and we lay it out before we cut a single hole. Spacing, beam angle, colour temperature, switching. The boring stuff that makes a finished room feel right.

CCT 04 · EV Chargers

EV Charger Installation

Level 2 chargers: Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint, JuiceBox, Wallbox, Grizzl-E. We do the load calc on your existing service, run the conduit, mount the unit and book the inspector. Permitted and inspected. No corners.
